Payment Policy
Effective Date: 5 May 2026
This Payment Policy applies to all orders placed through JarDrop India and the JarDrop India mobile application,
operated by VENDOGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
JarDrop India currently accepts the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
UPI Payment (at doorstep)
Razorpay online payment through UPI, cards, wallets, and netbanking
2. Payment Process
COD and doorstep UPI payments must be made at the time of delivery.
Razorpay online payments must be completed before order confirmation.
Customers choosing UPI must complete the transaction in the presence of the delivery personnel.
The order will be considered successfully completed only after full payment is received.
3. UPI Payment Guidelines
Customers must ensure the UPI payment is successfully completed.
In case of pending or failed UPI transaction, the order will not be marked as paid.
If payment is deducted but not received by JarDrop India, customers must share the transaction ID for verification.
4. Pricing Transparency
All product prices are clearly displayed on the Platform.
Any applicable delivery charges (if introduced) will be shown before order confirmation.
No hidden charges are applied.
5. Refusal of Delivery
JarDrop India reserves the right to cancel or refuse delivery in the following cases:
Customer refuses to pay at the time of delivery.
Repeated failed or fraudulent UPI transactions.
Misuse of Cash on Delivery service.
6. Online Payment Failures
If an online payment fails or is cancelled, the order will not be confirmed.
If money is deducted but the order is not created, customers should contact support with the transaction details.
