By accessing or using our website or mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and
be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. About JarDrop
JarDrop is a digital platform that enables users to order 20-liter drinking water jars for doorstep
delivery through a jar exchange model in selected serviceable areas.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old.
Users must provide accurate and complete information including delivery address and contact details.
Services are available only in designated serviceable locations.
3. Account Registration
Users may be required to register an account to place orders.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
JarDrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.
4. Orders & Delivery
All orders are subject to availability and serviceability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
An empty 20L jar must be provided at the time of delivery unless a refundable security deposit is paid.
Bulk orders may be governed by separate terms.
JarDrop reserves the right to cancel any order due to operational or payment issues.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
The final payable amount is shown before checkout.
Payments must be completed through approved payment methods available on the Platform.
JarDrop does not store card or UPI credentials.
In case of payment failure or duplicate deduction, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, subject to banking partner timelines.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be permitted.
JarDrop reserves the right to refuse service in case of repeated cancellations or misuse.
Delivery Charge Policy
Floor-Based Delivery Charges
To ensure fair compensation for delivery efforts, JarDrop applies the following optional delivery charge
based on building floor level (if no lift access is available):
Ground Floor: Rs 0
Building with Lift: Rs 0
1st Floor: Rs 5
2nd Floor: Rs 8
3rd Floor: Rs 10
4th Floor: Rs 15
5th Floor: Rs 20
Customers must select the correct floor level at checkout.
In case of incorrect selection, delivery personnel may request payment difference.
JarDrop reserves the right to cancel delivery if correct information is not provided.
7. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following cases:
Order paid but not delivered.
Wrong product delivered.
Damaged product reported at the time of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure empty jar provided for exchange is not severely damaged.
Ensure availability at delivery location.
Provide correct address and contact information.
Damage caused after delivery will not be the responsibility of JarDrop.
9. Limitation of Liability
JarDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Modification of Terms
JarDrop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published
on this page with a revised effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
