Refund & Replacement Policy

Effective Date: 5 May 2026

This Refund & Replacement Policy applies to all orders placed on JarDrop.in and the JarDrop mobile application, operated by VENDOGLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Overview

JarDrop provides doorstep delivery of 20-liter drinking water jars through a jar exchange system. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through fair and transparent refund practices.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements may be approved under the following conditions:

2.1 Order Paid but Not Delivered

If payment has been successfully deducted but the order was not delivered, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Wrong Product Delivered

If an incorrect product is delivered, the customer must notify us at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of delivery confirmation.

2.3 Damaged Product at Delivery

If the jar is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must report it immediately to the delivery personnel or through customer support. Replacement will be provided subject to verification.

2.4 Payment Deducted but Order Failed

In case of technical failure where payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Customer unavailable at delivery location.
Incorrect address or contact details provided.
Damage reported after reasonable consumption of water.
Damage caused after successful delivery.
Refusal to provide empty jar for exchange (if required).

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 working days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.
Once the order is dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be permitted.

6. Security Deposit (If Applicable)

If a refundable jar security deposit has been collected:

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the jar in acceptable condition.
Excessive damage or breakage may result in deduction from the deposit amount.
